Louise found yoga in 2003 when her physically demanding job meant that she needed a release for tired, stressed muscles. What she found was so much more than just a way to stretch her overworked limbs!

Having developed a passion for practicing yoga she decided it was time to take it further and completed the RYT500 FHY teacher training program in 2013 and hasn't looked back. Sharing the wide ranging benefits of yoga with her students has taken her own yoga journey to another level, "teaching others give me so much joy and appreciation for the practice of yoga. I try to ensure my classes are challenging but accessible to all and touch on the wider philosophies of yoga and meditation”.

Excellent practice in peaceful woodland with plenty of fun!

Lou is a brilliant teacher, patient but challenging and encouraging. She is always friendly and welcoming, and the setting of Heartwood Forest is absolutely stunning, tranquil and beautifully calming. There's nothing like mastering a new posture while staring at the setting sun. I love it!
