I began teaching yoga in 2007 and my experience includes varied public yoga classes and private sessions for all ages and abilities. I have taught classes in a wide range of specialist settings including mental health services, drug and alcohol recovery projects, asylum seeker support services and schools, as well as weekly sessions for Everton Football Club's first team and youth academy and the Ospreys Academy. Through working with a wide range of students, including athletes, people with injuries and older people, I've developed my teaching to suit the specific needs of the group or individual I am working with.

In 2013, I also began leading kirtan (devotional chanting), a practice which involves the repetition of devotional mantras to help open the heart and contact the still space within. I have shared kirtan at various yoga festivals and retreats over the last few years and welcome every opportunity to share this beautiful and transformational practice with new people.
