Yoga has been a part of my life for 40 years, sometimes a small part and sometimes a large part. I received my 200 hour certification in 2011 and my 500 hour certification in 2015. I've also trained in Yoga Nidra, intensive in Yin with Sarah Powers and Baptiste Power Yoga training Levels 1 and 2. I have been teaching Power Vinyasa, Gentle, Kid's and Yin yoga since 2011.
Yoga isn't a thing you do; it is a way of living life itself.
