Our life's journey is growth regardless of what physical condition, state of mind, or level of consciousness we're in. Our purpose is love. Before yoga found me and began my practice of asana, had no idea what any of this meant. I lived with alcoholism in my life, and hated the world. At the peak of my chaotic life, and one of the greatest losses I've ever endured, I realized it was lack of self-love that had me on a ledge. After five years of asana practice, I've come to understand the most I've ever understood about life, and the purpose for maintaining a good vehicle (mind&body) for the soul.
