Luci’s students benefit from her professional education in exercise physiology, nutrition, and psychology, and over 20 years of experience as a fitness and wellness professional, personal trainer, and instructor. She's been involved in yoga since 1993. Her classes are a mixture of Pilates, Yoga and body-weight exercises. Her favorite style of Yoga is Iyengar.

She’s a speaker, workshop leader and a business consultant. In her spare time she loves to travel the world using her body to move through new and different areas of the world. She also loves to explore new, delicious, healthy foods, recipes for which she can bring back to her clients.
