I was drawn to Yoga many years ago now, attending my one class a week. But I knew the practice was potent so quickly developed a regular home practice. I did this for many years.
Eventually I decided to change my path and become a Yoga teacher. It had helped me through so much I wanted to now share what I knew with others. I studied with the Australian Yoga Academy in 2007 and achieved my Advanced Diploma. I have been studying and training ever since, with my main influences being from Donna Farhi and Shiva Rea.
I teach a fluid form of Yoga, while still taking time and care to teach alignment. I believe in full embodiment while practicing and allowing the body, rather than the mind, determine what is possible in that very moment.
