I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years and love the transformative effect that the practice has had on my emotional and physical well being and development over this time.
My classes & sessions are hatha based and take a gentle approach to asana and pranayama. I provide an accessible practice for beginner and intermediate yogis to explore and develop their body & mind connection.
My approach to yoga is to work asanas as an anchor for awareness in the body, to forget for a moment, and to remind ourselves of sensations, through our bodies and minds.
I am a trained Personal Trainer and work as a GP Referral for health/fitness.
