I am trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga but I have experience teaching a variety of different styles. I love creating a dynamic Vinyasa Flow as well as a relaxing Yin class.
Pranayama (breath work) and meditations are also a large part of my practice, helping connect the mind with the body.
I have experience at teaching all matters of abilities and fitness levels. I have made specific classes tailored for triathletes, ski professionals, Crossfit athletes and trail runners. I have also taught a range of age levels from elderly clients who wish to concentrate on keeping maneuverability in their joints to children who enjoy a fun and playful class.
