I have practiced many styles of yoga for twenty years and I am a KRI qualified Kundalini yoga teacher. Over the years I’ve practiced, yoga has grown to benefit me in so many ways – from relieving me from persistent sciatica, controlling allergic rhinitis, and containing the stresses of modern life and helping me navigate life’s inevitable changes and demands.
I firmly believe that yoga can benefit everyone and my aim is to make yoga fun, accessible and meaningful. I delight in sharing the many tools that work for me to enjoy life fully, in balance and with positivity. The practice is extremely accessible and effective – no previous experience of yoga is required to achieve results very quickly.
