I have been teaching yoga for many years having originally trained in Iyengar. And later in Pilates with the Pilates Institute. My emphasis is on precision, moving from the core and paying attention to the biomechanical aspects of the body. John Stirk's Structural Fitness has been an inspiration. Although I have reduced my teaching schedule to allow more time for writing my plays and novels; leading Family Walks, and working in my allotment I nevertheless offer 2 regular classes a week. I have become adept at working with different levels and my classes are friendly and informal and not too big. You are very welcome.
