Lucy leads regular Yoga Retreats, Workshops, and Classes, especially for women, and she is a Life Coach-in-training with the Martha Beck Institute. Her passion & purpose is to educate, inspire and support women in particular to remember their inherent beauty, to feel at home in their bodies, safe in their own minds, and free to pursue a life that they love.
Lucy trained with Yoga Arts in 2000, apprenticing with Director Louisa Sear for many years to become a core teacher on Yoga Arts Level 1 & 2 Teacher Training courses internationally for more than a decade.
Her teaching style is fluid, feminine, intuitive, and creative, inspiring a deeper dive into the subtleties of body, mind & heart, so that we might remember the inherent Spaciousness of who we truly are.
Lucy lives in Byron Bay with her partner David & daughter Rosie. And, through the sharing of Yoga aspires to share a fraction of the love & wisdom shown so generously to her by her primary teachers Louisa Sear, Rose Baudin, Clive Sheridan, Martha Beck, and beloved South Indian saint Sri Sakthi Amma.
