I took my first yoga class in 2005 while travelling through Australia and was deeply moved by the physical and mental effects of the yoga practice. This was the beginning of an ongoing and never ending journey on getting a profound understanding of the body and mind.
I believe that moving the body, calming the mind and proper nutrition are the keys to a healthy and happy life. A balanced body and mind releases a tremendous amount of power and helps you to unleash your true potential.
My classes are intense yet soft and grounding at the same time. I Integrate stillness in between -and in- postures, inviting you to experience more awareness of the dynamics of your body and mind.
