Lydia gently guides with tips on breathing and alignment. Her Hatha yoga sequences are specially designed to help open up the body, heart and mind to achieve a relaxed and refreshed state. Lydia is also a Psychology bachelor's degree holder with strong interests in Positive Psychology and holistic wellness.
