I am a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher from the British School of Yoga. I teach all levels and my approach is a contemporary Hatha Yoga style reflecting both a modern as well as a more traditional ethos.
I plan my courses and classes both thoughtfully and conscientiously to provide energising, relaxing and enjoyable sessions.
