Over 5 decades of yoga practice which began as a young child and 3 decades of teaching yoga, health, nutrition, relaxation, meditation. Based on Hatha Yoga style, I developed Sunshine Yoga from the many modalities and styles of yoga experienced over the years. My experience brings me to knowing that 'Slow Yoga' moves you into a very deep practice, releasing tension first then building strength - gently.
