I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. In 2004 I became a certified teacher (YAA) and trained at the Centre for Yoga teacher Training on Saltspring Island which teaches Classical Ashtanga and Hatha yoga systems.
I am passionate about the benefits of yoga and focus on pranayama (breath) and asana (posture).
My classes are for beginners as well as more experienced students. I am mindful of safety and health issues and encourage each person to honor their own limits.
Yoga keeps me healthy, strong, joyful and can feel this way too, come and join our classes.
