I have been teaching Yoga for 20 years. I am trained in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Therapy and stress management. At present, I do not have a studio so I work one-on-one with people integrating each of these disciplines in order to provide individualized programs that get results. One of my specialties is working with people who suffer from low back pain. I also teach Chair Yoga for individuals who are elderly or disabled. I enjoy providing support to people who have special needs or goals that haven't been addressed in group Yoga classes.
