Lyndsay has been practicing yoga for more than a decade. She has explored various styles from Bikram to Kundalini and practiced with a wide range of master instructors at several Yoga Journal Conferences over the years. Yoga has become an integral part of Lyndsay’s life, not only as a tool for stress relief, but for actively staying fit and flexible. As a teenager Lyndsay was diagnosed with scoliosis (curvature of the spine) and yoga has become a mainstay for pain management and self care. Shiva Rea’s Prana Flow ®Energetic Vinyasa most closely aligns with Lyndsay’s desire for a creative and flowing approach to yoga. She completed her 200/hr Teacher Training with Coral Brown 500eRYT and senior teacher trainer for Shiva Rea in October of 2010. Lyndsay then went on to complete the first level of Thai Yoga Bodywork certification with Ed Cardinal and became a Yoga for Scoliosis Trainer under Elise Browning Miller in January of 2012. In April of 2012 Lyndsay completed her 500hr YTT with Coral Brown in Prana Flow Yoga.
