During an attempt to get fit in 2015, I started practicing yoga at home. Having previously thought I wasn’t flexible enough or the “yoga type”, I soon discovered that yoga was exactly what I needed both physically and mentally. I've since integrated yoga into my daily life and believe I'm the fittest and healthiest I've ever been.
A mother of two and a family support co-ordinator for a parent befriending charity, I know that life can be nonstop. Attending a course in mindfulness, prompted me to research children’s yoga as a way of combining my love of yoga and my experience of working with young children.
