I teach Hatha yoga, with pranayama breathing exercises at the start of the class and a deep relaxation at the end, wrapped in a blanket. My classes are mixed ability. Blocks and resistance bands are available to use if needed. I like to use music to set the scene, helping you to find peace or invigorating you to hold that pose for one more breath.

It is my ultimate aim that you learn how to cope with the stresses that life throws at you, become more flexible and strengthen your body through the varied poses with different themes, and go home buzzing with a sense of increased peacefulness and wellbeing.
