Her background is in Hatha Yoga, with additional training in Vinaysa, and Yoga for Survivors. Lynn has been fortunate to have studied with a wide range of master teachers, including, James Bailey, Simon Park, David Keil, Rolf Sovek, Tias Little's Praja Senior Yoga Teacher, Djuna Mascall and Nicolai Bachman.
All of them have inspired and influenced her teaching, taking it to a whole new level. Lynn is grateful to have had this amazing opportunity & experience with these experts, and is excited to share what she has learned with her students!
Lynn considers herself a life long student, continuing her studies in yoga with her main focus on healing, pain management, yoga therapy, yoga for survivors, and the foundations of structural health and anatomy.
Having experienced dramatic changes in her own body, gave her a passion and goal to share the healing power of yoga with others.
Lynn offers a teaching style that is compassionate and genuine, and believes in making yoga accessible to everyone!
