Lynn’s practice and study of Hatha Yoga began in 1999. A dedicated Yogini, Lynn teaches meditation along with multi-disciplinary levels and vinyasa styles of Hatha Yoga to help individuals discover the source of tranquility and equanimity. She has the experience and knowledge to effectively accommodate "everyBODY", and she understands how to utilize yoga and meditation to greatly compliment physical and mental activity, create focus, endurance and calm the mind. She believes that there is a style of yoga for all body types. Lynn is a Registered Yoga Teacher, and graduate of Holy Cow Yoga Center’s Integral Yoga Teacher Training program that is based on teachings from Sri Swami Satchidananda and includes a stay at the Satchidanada Ashram during the thorough and intense certification process. Lynn trained under Holy Cow Yoga Center's Founder, Trace Sahaja Bonner, who is a 1st generation teacher and devotee of Sri Swami Satchidananda. This makes Lynn's lineage 2nd generation. Such accreditation is an extremely high honor in modern day yoga, and she attributes her teaching style to the study of teachers such as Shiva Rea, Rodney Yee and Bryan Kest.
