"I live my personal best and help others do the same."
I love delving into anything that enhances health on all levels - physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. My study and practice of yoga & meditation began when I was 18 yrs. old. In the beginning I was mostly interested in trying to feel better myself. When that actually began to happen then I just had to share the knowledge and the practices with anyone who was the least bit interested.
My formal training and certification happened in my 30's and for about 12 years I taught yoga classes pretty much everyday. Along the way I got really interested in Kirtan Chanting and learned to accompany myself on the harmonium. Since the year 2000 I've been leading monthly evenings of Kirtan Chanting which I love and always look forward to.
About 12 years ago I was introduced to Laughter Yoga. I didn't take the practice all that seriously at first. But the more I got into it, the more I realized what a powerful practice it is. It has done so much for me, I could write a book. In fact I think I will, hahaha!
These days enlisting anyone and everyone I can to join in on this wonderfully healing, energizing and fun way of restoring and magnifying your state of health and happiness is a great passion of mine. I love to laugh (And I love singing the song with that title from the movie Mary Poppins, hee, hee).
I'd love to get together with you, in person at one of my classes or trainings in Toronto, or on Skype if travelling to Toronto isn't in the cards. Give me a call at 416-469-2033 or find out more at forgiveandlaugh dot com
