Physiology, Yoga for Pregnancy, Chair Yoga and much more.
Yoga teachers of all lineages attend our trainings to explore and learn how to teach 'yoga to meet each person's need for their current condition and stage of their life.' Now! ViniYoga is a practice in which a person can safely modify and adapt to immediate needs, originating from The Breath.
The goal of Director/Sr. teacher, Ms. Kelley-Piper, is to prepare each student, by way of individual teaching and partner practice - physically, mentally and emotionally - from the first training weekend to the last. Students graduate with the confidence and experience in 'how to teach' rather than to perform asanas with their students.
