I have been practicing yoga regularly since 2006. My favorite styles include Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Slow Yoga, Asthanga and others, and love sharing what I know about Asana (Yoga) practice.
I am also trained in guided meditation, and can help you begin or deepen your . Connecting with yoga and meditation allows me to control my ever-bustling brain to support concentration in other areas. I also love the physical workout after spending a day on my computer doing research. I find that it is a perfect complement for my lifestyle and health research interests.
I completed my 200-hour teacher training through the SchoolYoga Institute (a RYS School) in Sadahana, Hatha and Vinyasa flows.
