Yoga wove itself into Lynsie’s heart during a challenging time in her life, a time of great personal loss, grief and confusion. Yoga provided a safety net to grieve, to reset and discover a sense of freedom to let go into life again with a new direction infused with purpose and endless possibilities.
She recognizes without the support and kindness of her community she could not have found her way through the pain of bodily injury, emotional, physical and mental trauma. From her own experiences she draws inspiration to be of service to others, wherever they are on their own life’s journey. It’s her goal to help others utilize the tools of Yoga too to awaken to their own body’s wisdom and healing potential. She aims to always create a safe space for people to nurture themselves, connect to their hearts, and tap into their own authenticity and grace.
Lynsie also holds a BA in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia, is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and an Assisted Thai Yoga Bodyworker.
