Yoga came to me as an alternate to heal my sporting injuries, and slowly became a primary source of physical and spiritual nourishment. I have now been practicing yoga for a and teaching since 2007.
My colorful, chaotic lifestyle has been anchored thanks to the practice, which has taken many forms over time - from intensely physical to engaging me intellectually, and then to the simplicity and expansion of being able to sit and observe the breath. All that to then begin again, flowing through different modalities, but it has always been a constant in my life. Trained as a RYT 500 in Hatha Yoga and practicing mostly vinyasa, I has been fortunate to study with a wide variety of teachers, and to learn something new every day. From myself, from my students, from my mentors.
My aim is to engage my students and have them come to the end of a practice wanting to come back to the mat. Each and every day.
