Her practice with Maday will be memorable.
Maday is very friendly, i like the ambiance she creates before the class. I really like her flow, It goes from relaxing to hard core. By the way her playlist is amazing so it keeps you motivated to bring it to the next level.

She had a way to motivate the class, her music and ambiance made her class enjoyable. If she had more class times I would definitely go to her class.
Maday is a really hands on professor who helps you improve and make adjustments so your yoga practice is better and better. Her practice is very safety conscious so it's perfect for people that are just starting to practice yoga or want to work towards more advance levels.
Great class. A nice combination of core strength, breathing, and stretching. I came away looking forward to her next class and would highly recommend Maday. I am new to yoga so still working out what is best for me. I have tried almost all yoga options at Pranoga so far and am really enjoying the variety.
I took Maday's "beginners" Vinyasa at Pranoga. I did not know who the instructor was, and she immediately came up to me and shook my hand. Very warm welcome. She asked everyone about any injuries. The class simply "flowed". It was slow and gave us time to adjust and breathe out our tensions. We held each pose just the right amount of time. She explained each pose and I could close my eyes and follow her instructions.
Maday played a variety of music, including a couple of more pop songs. Amazingly, this did not bother me. I was focused on my intention and my breathing. It was a full body stretch workout with intense core strength. I appreciated her voice and tone. I am used to Hatha Yoga, so I was skeptical of taking Vinyasa. But, I will certainly try it again with Maday. Thank you. Namaste.
She gives an amazing class. Very in tune with those in the class. She's very calming while still being uplifting. Left the class feeling amazing.

Whether it's guiding me through a powerful Sunday evening flow, a sunrise heart opener, or a soft restorative session to get me ready for my week, Maday Bu always delivers!!! Never have I had a teacher that always provides just the right amount of touch, energy, and guidance in every class. She seems to sense what I need and makes adjustments in every class to provide accordingly.
She is very knowledgeable about the different poses and alignment and always has safety in mind. Every class is a new flow with new variations and new things to learn while still builing on what we preivously worked on, so i can track my progress.
TIP: Make sure to stay for savasana. Maday likes to use cold eye pillows and essential oil adjustments to bring you a place of heaven. Sound bowl signing is frequent as well. Thank you Maday! I will be back for more :)
