Madeleine has been practicing yoga for 16 years and in 2004 she received her 200-hour level yoga teaching certification. Her primary training stems from the Ashtanga lineage and she is currently a student of Prana Flow yoga taught by Shiva Rae. She has also trained in the alignment-based system of Iyengar, the classical system of Integral Yoga and the rejuvenating style of Yin yoga.
In each class, students can expect to connect with the flow of their breath and the alignment of their spine. Her classes are well rounded focusing on building strength, deepening flexibility and quieting the mind.
Yoga has been a welcome companion for Madeleine’s journey through the birth and parenting of three children.
