Accommodating to all levels my classes are described as “Chill Flow” or “Vinyasa Flow” and concentrate on connection to breath, safely sequencing and having fun. My classes mix traditional yogic philosophy, bandhas, sanskrit and pranayama with fluid movement. In my free time I enjoy a simple life: practicing yoga, hiking in the jungle and laughing with friends. I believe yoga is for everyone, you don't need to be ‘enlightened, zen or perfect’ to practice, but rather just willing to take a bit of time everyday to create healthy mental and physical space for yourself.
Splitting my time between Saskatoon, SK and San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua I can be found teaching yoga, working on sustainable projects and creating art.
