Hi! I am a Yogi and an Architect! Yogitecta is a studio in my home that was created from scratch when we renovated our 1960's mid-century modern home. It has heated wood floors, a wood-burning fireplace, large sliding glass doors, a beautiful chakra door and gentle lighting.
I love yoga because I love connecting movement and breath! My practice is always meditative even when physically rigorous. My classes are a slow flowing style where students coordinate their movements with their breath, and never feel rushed. I offer gentle hands-on adjustments and use essential oils to enrich the practice.
