A yoga girl from the southern tropical islands of the Pacific Ocean, currently living in Geneva.
In 2003, Yoga came my way and embarked me on a lifelong adventure and inner journey. In 2009, while on duty posting for the United Nations in Jerusalem, I start teaching Yoga as a way to nurture grounding and connect to inner-calm feelings. Back in Geneva since 2012, I teach fusion Seva based Yoga classes (donation based, which profit goes to a humanitarian cause). Currently based in Geneva, I continue teaching Hatha Yoga & Yin classes in various studios or/and to cool groups of yogis, such as the inspiring “Loving Kula Gang in Geneva”, a sweet yoga community established upon my arrival (donation based, which funds go entirely to a humanitarian cause). Furthermore, I am blessed to be part of the Yoga Flame Studio team where I facilitate Yoga classes of various styles.
I am a Yoga Alliance® 600 hour certified teacher in Hatha Yoga (Anusara & Embodied Flow-my new passion focusing on the authentic & intuitive art of movement and body mind centering). I am also a Yin Yoga Alliance® 200 hour certified teacher, which practice I love teaching.
More recently I have also trained in a practice I call “Shaking the dust” as this is about peeling layers of the Self in another way with the idea to meet the authentic Self. And I also got certified in this form of body and mind enquiry (another Yoga Alliance® 50 hours certification!).
I have studied many yoga & healing traditions since 2003 (Embodied Flow, Body mind centering/somatic movement, Vinyasa, Anusara, Prana Flow, ParaYoga, Jivamukti, Dharma mittra, Yin, Acroyoga, Aerial, Iyengar, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Energy therapy, etc.).
Please join me to one of our yogashare and yogaplay practice! I look forward to seeing you!
