Maggie Barchine

I became drawn to yoga after my first class and the teacher not only made me laugh, but offered savasana as part of the practice. I realize and appreciate the value of integration process as it allows the chance to just "be". I received my 200 Hatha yoga teacher training from a certified Yoga Alliance School called The Breathing Space, in Blacksburg, VA. My membership in Yoga Alliance designates me as 200RYT. I received Yin Yoga certification with Biff Mithoeffer. I also teach restorative yoga and I am in the process of learning Yoga for People With Cancer and Chronic Illness (YCAT).
