After discovering the many benefits yoga has had for me mentally, spiritually and physically, I decided to become a yoga teacher in 2014 to share the gift of yoga with others.
I studied under Shanon Buffington’s 9-month In-Depth Studies & Yoga Teacher Training program, being trained in Anatomy & Physiology, Vinyasa Krama, Pranayama, Yoga History & Philosophy, Sanskrit, Mantra & Meditation, and Yoga for Special Populations. I am also training under Sadie Nardini to become a ‘Total Transformation/Core Strength Vinyasa’ Yoga Instructor.
