Mandy loves to share the practice of yoga because every body can benefit. She believes that a yoga practice will improve all other aspects of your life. In 2005, yoga gave her a new lease on life after 3 years of suffering sleepless nights due to anxiety. Her mission is to share the practice of meditation, breath, energy work so that every experience benefits the students multidimensionally. She loves to take walks with her dog, cook healthy meals for her family and laugh with her friends.
