I have been practising Yoga since my first University degree studying teaching and education and started my training during my second University degree studying Dance and Pilates. I have had a regular practise now for over 20 years as well as a regular meditation practise.
I am trained in many styles of Yoga - Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga and Yoga for Children and enjoy both private one on one teaching as well as Corporate Groups, community groups and workshops. I also trained in Mindful Meditation in London.
