I have been teaching yoga for over18 years. I have had wonderful experiences whilst teaching.
I run regular weekly classes in beautiful venues . I am a facilitator for yoga retreats.
My classes are inspired by many styles of yoga and are constantly evolving. The classes are friendly and relaxed. Beginners and improvers welcome.
I am also a somatics exercise coach and integrate somatic awareness into the yoga asanas . The therapeutic movements give a deeper understanding of the body. Unlocking deep rooted muscular tightness thus improving asana practice.
