I offer modern Yoga for fitness and wellbeing.
As an experienced teacher I adapt postures and sequences, using breath work along with Yogic concepts to create well rounded lessons.
Regardless of class level, or style, all my lessons focus on cultivating a balance of ease and effort, leading to a strong healthy body and a calm yet focussed mind.
I host my own community classes, teach regularly in gyms, cover other teachers and have a number of long running private clients.
