I teach a fusion of Dru, Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. I enjoy and encourage students to have fun in their practice. You will often find laughter in our classes.
I can teach all levels, paying particular attention to correct alignment and providing practical modifications, to ensure everyone in the class enjoys themselves and works within and safely challenges their own personal limitations.
I believe that you don't have to be flexible or fit to start yoga and that this only comes through practice. So you don't have to made of elastic to come to my classes!
I also work as a Psychological Therapist and have a special interest in PTSD and Trauma. I am involved both practically professionally and academically with social inclusion and LGBT mental health research. If you want to know more please get in touch, I look forward to meeting you.
