How I teach:
I incorporate elements from many different styles. I love to create fun, flowing sequences as well as give my students the opportunity to get still and go deeply into an asana. I focus on alignment as a means to create a safe and aware practice, to promote strength, stability and flexibility.
It is my intention to guide my students to create real shifts in their lives both on and off the mat. By cultivating an inner practice of mind and breath awareness, we can learn to become still, pay attention and open to the bloom of the present moment. This is where we can feel the profound joy of knowing ourself and others more deeply.
