I'm the owner of I'm a traditional hatha yoga and meditation teacher. My main practice is meditation and I use hatha yoga as an aid to improve my meditation practice. In hatha yoga I focus on a meditative practice using the breath and paying attention to the inner feelings, state of mind and body sensations to drop the mind and stay in the present moment. I teach classes open to all levels but I do like to make them challenging and relaxing at the same time.
