My name is Maren Landwehr. I am Physiotherapist and Yoga instructor based in Berlin.
My passion is to accompany you to a state of healing, transformation and
authentic expression.
My goal is to inspire you to fully envision and embody your potential, through body, mind, and soul!
As a therapist I have specialized myself to work with all forms of performing artists.
From dancers and acrobats,to actors, singers, and musicians.
When I teach yoga I love the fluent combination of yoga and dance moves.
Playing around and mixing up contradictions is one of my favorite things to do.
When we combine several movements, our brain and body begins to
connect while boosting its flexibility and potential. We grow with action,
movement, and change. Creating harmony between polarities is the seed
to a holistic way of experiencing life♥
