I first started practicing yoga in 2003. I used it as a way to complement my vigorous workout routine, but I quickly found that it added flexibility, strength and balance not only to my body but also to my mind. I started practicing Vinyasa Flow in 2011 and found the confidence, joy and sense of freedom that I discovered in a vinyasa class was second to none. I share this love for yoga with my students in a fun, friendly environment.
