Margaux studied Sadhana Yoga, a type of Yoga mixing Ashtanga and Sivananda Yoga completed with a very spiritual practise.
The spiritual side of yoga is very important for her. She always starts her clases with a Mantra and then teaches an exercice of Pranayama.
Her Asanas include Surya Yamaska A y B, a bit of Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga where she maintains the positions for a long time using tools like blocs or straps. Her clases and meditations are for all levels from beginners to advanced students.
Her intentions are all directed to the environment and nature. When she is not teaching in cities, she works with indigenous and rural communities because her goal is to enhance our gratefulness for our natural ressources and to give them back the importance they have in our ecosystems and in our lifes through yoga ! When we practise yoga, we practise taking the seat of others. We practise being the moon, the warrior, the dog, the cow, the cobra, and the trees. We take their form and connect with their essence. With time and practise, we begin to develop empathy for all living organisms and realize that we are not different from each other after all.
