I first entered the yoga world seeking for a method of stress-reduction. After a few years of regular practice and long-lasting benefits I could not have imagined, I decided to train as a teacher of a traditional and holistic yoga in India. From there began my journey in transmitting some keys to happiness and well-being.
Passionately curious, the learning has become never-ending. Among others, I deepen my knowledge in anatomy and regularly train with Blandine Calais-Germain, a dancer and well-known French physiotherapist, to teach movement classes in a creative and anatomically respectful way. I also qualified to teach pre- and post-natal yoga with the obstetric Dr Bernadette de Gasquet.
To diversify my teachings and allow my students to perfect the quality of their daily movements, I trained to teach the methods No-risk Abs® and Cervica®, sort of corporal scales inspired by yoga and dance, entirely created from the anatomy, to reinforce deep muscles and release superficial tensions.
To broaden my skills, I am now studying Integrative Yoga Therapeutics with Bo Forbes, a psychologist and yoga therapist. Everyone has a story, I would like to be able to take into account the story of each of my students.
I share with kindness a soft, yet complete and precise yoga, adapted to the occidental modern world.
I teach my classes in French and in English, now improving my Sapnish and German skills !
