I love exploring movement and breath and watching the release it brings. As a Gita trained Yoga Teacher there is always a focus on the endocrines glands and bringing them into balance. As well as teaching Hatha I love to teach Yin , Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation, releasing stress and tension from over busy bodies and minds. I also do One on Ones for those who prefer not to attend a General class usually due to body damage or recovery of some sort . I believe in the healing power of Yoga and Meditation that can benefit anyone.
