I first encountered yoga in 2011 during a very dark period in my life. I subsequently was profoundly changed during a 200-hour teacher training in hatha yoga that I completed in 2014. Having experienced the healing power of yoga, in 2015 I chose to delve deeper and finished an additional 200 hours in the style of Anusara yoga, a deeply transformational heart-centered practice. I teach classes in various establishments northeast of Atlanta and work with clients privately in their homes.

I'm also certified in Thai Yoga Bodywork & Massage, a powerful healing practice that is performed clothed on a mat as the practitioner guides the client through a series of therapeutic yoga stretches. These are combined with deep compression, joint mobilization, rhythmic rocking, and energy balancing, thereby increasing flexibility, releasing muscle tension, improving circulation, boosting the immune system, and promoting inner peace and a quiet mind.

Additionally, I am a doTERRA wellness advocate and believe deeply in the power of doTERRA's certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils to aid in overall health and wellbeing. Having initially been a skeptic, I am now fully convinced that nature has provided all the medicines that we need to keep the body in a balanced state of functioning, providing a natural and safer alternative to the manufactured chemical-based medications that have become so much a part of our modern society and which I believe are actually causing many of the ailments that plague us.

I am passionate about sharing the healing benefits of these modalities with others to help them achieve optimal health and renewal in all areas of their , mind, heart, soul, and spirit.
