I teach authentic Baptiste methodology Power Vinyasa yoga at Apollo Power Yoga. My husband, Hamish Kenworthy, and I own Apollo Power Yoga. We located our studio at the heart of central Christchurch after the earthquakes, to help rebuild central Christchurch and support the other people working to make that happen. Our Power Vinyasa and Power Restore classes are strengthening and vitalising, leading our students back to their full mobility and calm equanimity.
