In our day-to-day life we experience constant stress from many sources. Trying to fit and be perfect in every aspects of life. Being a top manager, mother, spouse, friend in all times. This multitasking discharges our energies, immune systems, bodies any minds. This condition can lead to depression, chronic diseases, carrier burnout or simply feeling crummy. My classes aim at reducing stress, tension and bringing balance back to our lives. We can achieve this with yoga, meditation, breathing and relaxation.
