I have been studying the field of Happiness for 11 years. It has always been my vision to share what I have learned and found helpful with those who are interested in learning. I have put together what I feel are the 8 basic elements to creating a happier life, which includes an on-going meditation practice.
My coursework has included spiritual psychology, a Course in Miracles, Science of Happiness, Science of Thinking, philosophy, and the Christian Orthodox tradition. I am a follower of the current teachings of Deepak Chopra, Marianne Williamson, Tara Brach, to name a few.
I am also a fan of Flow and Yin, and currently working on a teaching certification.
